Qualifications

10+ years accounting experience with 5 years as a Controller.
Proven close ownership of month-end close and efficiency gains.
Multi-entity accounting experience across entities.
Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
Manufacturing or inventory-driven industry background.
Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
PE-backed company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, GL, consolidations, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
Manage and develop a growing team.
Drive process improvements and build scalable systems to support rapid growth and future acquisitions.
Balance cleanup work with forward-thinking, long-term solutions.
Partner cross-functionally to support broader operational initiatives.
