Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Controller for an established cosmetic and plastic surgery practice. This is a full-time opportunity based in Austin, TX, with the first 90 days onsite and the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
The Controller will take ownership of the organization’s day-to-day accounting function while partnering directly with a fractional CFO. This role will be responsible for closing the books, managing bills and accounting operations, and helping rebuild and strengthen the organization’s accounting processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, healthcare industry experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, and an interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency.
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $100,000–$115,000 along with benefits. The position is based in Austin, TX and will work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for the first 90 days, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
