Job summary

ProSource Buying Group is seeking an experienced Control4 Programmer to join our team. You will install, configure, and commission smart home automation for residential and commercial projects, program Control4 systems, and handle advanced A/V calibrations.

You will troubleshoot networks, integrate cameras and lighting, and communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders while maintaining installation standards and project docs.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in Control4 programming and system setup; Control4 certification preferred.
• At least 3 years installing, calibrating whole-house audio/video, home theaters and surround sound.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call service schedule.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Some travel required.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, configure, and commission residential & commercial automation systems

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years experience in Control4 programming and system setup, Control4 certification preferred

Optional Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC)
• 3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting
• 3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing
