ProSource is seeking a lead programmer to develop and install sophisticated audio/video and control-system setups in a dynamic environment in California. The role involves working with Lead Installers and independently completing installs and service calls, along with vehicle maintenance responsibilities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to create field solutions using hand and power tools, with a minimum of 5 years of field

• Clean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification)
• Minimum of 5 years of field experience
