The ideal candidate has at least five years in logistics with people leadership, experience with TMS platforms, and a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain. Travel to Omaha may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations with leadership experience.
• Experience leading centralized, fast-paced, real-time operations teams.
• Ability to manage carrier relationships and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Control Tower team; coach and manage performance.
• Set priorities and workflows for dispatch, tracking, and exception handling.
• Own carrier performance and conduct regular reviews with vendors.
