Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Manager, Control Tower Operations for our Omaha, NE presort facility. This hybrid role prefers Omaha-based candidates but welcomes travel for others. Base salary is $80,000–$95,000 annually with a 10% field bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in transportation/logistics, with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Proven ability to lead centralized, fast-paced operations.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and performance.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional or corporate teams on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Control Tower team with day-to-day leadership and coaching.
• Set priorities, workflows, and expectations for dispatch, track & trace, and communications.
• Own carrier performance and accountability; conduct reviews and drive compliance.
• Represent the Control Tower in corporate initiatives and network optimization efforts.
• Monitor transportation performance metrics and present data-driven recommendations.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Presort sites and corporate transportation.
