Job summary

OIA Global is seeking a Program Manager to lead the mobilization and implementation of a customer Control Tower for AI data center deployments. You will translate contracted scope into an executable operating model, align people, processes, systems, data, and governance across global workstreams.

You will own the program plan, readiness evidence, change control, and commercial performance, working with customers and internal teams to ensure launch readiness and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline is required.
• Typically 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related programs.
• At least 5 years of leading complex implementations across regions or partners.
• PM/PRINCE2/ MSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from mobilization through launch, hyper-care, stabilization, and transition to steady state.
• Maintain the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision log.
• Act as the single point of accountability for status, delivery risk, and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead governance, RAID, stage gates, and escalation routes within a steering structure.
• Drive program decisions within governance boundaries and manage scope/timeline impacts.
