Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive log of store concerns and issues in the distribution network.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities impacting service or performance.
• Analyze large volumes of supply chain data including schedules, reports, and capacity data.
• Review underperforming areas and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop analytical tools using relational databases to improve decision-making.
• Participate in weekly and monthly Business and Operations Planning meetings with leadership.
• Provide recommendations to leaders based on data analysis, trends, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Logistics, Inventory Control, and Project Management.
• Communicate with vendors to address issues and support negotiations.
• Publish nationwide Discrepancy Monitoring and Service Level Reports weekly.
