Job summary

Tec Group International in Louisiana seeks a seasoned Control Systems Engineering Manager to lead the Control Systems team, guiding PCRs, DCS change requests, and Technical Service Requests. Qualifications

BS in Engineering; chemical or electrical preferred.
10+ years in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation/Control Systems Engineering.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Experience with DCS/PLC and control system projects in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

Leads the Control Systems team to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.
Provides expert guidance on configurable control systems and standards.
Advises Operations on I&E systems and maintains documentation per procedures.
Ensures MOC compliance for all plant modifications and projects.
Oversees design scopes, purchase specs, and construction packages.
Supports capital projects and ensures contractor supervision for safety and performance.
Maintains plant control system reliability and engineering excellence.
