Job summary

Rolls–Royce is seeking a Control System Configuration Management professional in Indianapolis, IN for a Hybrid/Onsite role three days per week. The CM specialist supports engineers in complex system, software, and hardware development, ensuring lifecycle data is controlled, baselined, and archived.

You will administer CM tools, participate in the Change Control Board, and help teams conform to plans and standards while continuously improving CM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Master’s degree
• JD/Ph.D.
• US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident required

Responsibilities

• Ensure the CM aspects of development conform to the declared plans and standards.
• Maintain and explain the product and lifecycle data configuration baselines.
• Understand the integration of all plans and standards involving configuration control, change management, and the control/release of data.
• Understand data and archive media management.
• Be a quorum member of the Change Control Board.
• Enforce product and document review and approval requirements
• Continuously improve CM practices and tools
