The role requires a high school diploma and at least three years operating high‑pressure boilers, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and teamwork. You will work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years operating high‑pressure boilers and electric generation equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and electrical schematics to troubleshoot.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills for routine and emergency operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant systems and equipment from the control room.
• Continuously monitor meters, gauges, alarms, and displays to identify changes.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions in accordance with procedures.
• Execute startup, shutdown, and other operating procedures safely.
• Provide guidance to other operations staff during routine and emergency conditions.
• Maintain accurate operating logs and documentation.
