Greenville Utilities is seeking a Substation & Control Engineer in Greenville, North Carolina. This role encompasses engineering and management responsibilities in the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical substations and control systems. Salary Range: $108,596.80 – $168,334.40
Anticipated Hiring Range: $108,596.80 – $138,465.60 (commensurate with skills and experience)
Under general direction, performs highly responsible engineering and management skills in the design, construction, operations and maintenance of electrical substations and their control systems; emergency and peaking generators and their controls; mobile and operational data communication networks; supervisory, control and data acquisition systems (SCADA). Performs after hour standby duty at the engineering level.
Typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm.
