Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Control Room Data Analyst - Auditor to support a 24/7/365 traffic operations program in Omaha, Nebraska. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to measure programming and performance, and to deliver insights and reports that drive improvements.

The position reports to the Program Manager and will prepare performance reports, maintain in-house databases, develop data collection methods, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license in good standing.
• Experience with data collection, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performance measurement, data collection and analysis with reporting.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc performance reports.
• Track and report program and individual performance.
• Develop and oversee data collection methods for databases/reports.
• Prepare monthly program progress reports.
• Present performance and mobility statistics to stakeholders.
