Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking to hire individuals to provide central program management support for firmwide initiatives and to own and support execution of key program deliverables. You will work with senior leaders to drive decision making and outcomes across multiple businesses and product offerings.

Responsibilities include preparing materials for internal and external meetings, developing executive reports, and advancing process designs, operating models, and strategic frameworks to uplift risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services and/or consulting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored to audience.

Responsibilities

• Provide central program management support for strategic firmwide initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver materials for meetings with program stakeholders, senior management, and regulators.
• Provide executive management reporting on program performance and risks.
• Own end-to-end execution of priority programs and deliverables related to risk and control frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders across lines of business to drive program progress.
