Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience supporting a variety of technologies, including virtualization.
• Experience with virtualization required and familiar with technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system design reviews and software testing.
• Provide input on complex projects as a subject matter expert.
• Support and deploy business partner software and packages.
• Modify and debug partner-supplied utilities and packages.
• Monitor system capacity and performance using diverse tools.
• Provide technical support to departments and users.
• Identify trends and develop plans to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Escalate issues as needed for junior engineers.
• Act as subject-matter-expert for area of responsibility.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, laws, and risk controls and report violations.
