Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10 years' experience developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Ability to meet physical demands including sitting long periods and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Interface between IT and business units; gather requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Develop business models, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
• Create and maintain reports using SQL-driven tools and Business Objects.
• Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and risk controls.
• Assist with process redesign and automation opportunities.
• Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
