Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking a System Administrator to operate in a Microsoft Windows-based environment supporting IT and OT systems, including control center operations. You will serve as the final escalation point for the Service Desk, owning complex incident resolution across enterprise systems and sites.

This role supports a 24x7 operational model, with after-hours monitoring, incident response, and on-call rotation to ensure system availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments or Service Desk operations.
• Strong incident management, escalation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for Service Desk incidents and requests.
• Own and resolve IT and OT issues across control center and remote sites.
• Monitor and manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation.
• Collaborate with server, network, security, and application teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in IT change management and knowledge base development.
• Support 24x7 monitoring, respond to alerts, and participate in on-call rotation.
