JOB SUMMARY

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

  • Reads processing schedules, operating logs, and laboratory recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product
  • Reports on any process or flow variances
  • Monitors process via console readings by reviewing all the different pipelines to ensure product is flowing without issue, Monitors for errors or alarms
  • May control activities of several processing units operated simulataneously
  • Qualified on 3 or more consoles
  • Continue to improve on skills and knowledge to move up level(s) within the role
  • Must successfully complete refresher training as required
