Delek US Holdings is seeking a senior maintenance leader to drive planning, execution, and capital projects across refinery operations. You will guide safe, reliable performance and participate in labor-management activities to align with strategic goals.
The role requires extensive management experience in large production environments, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time on-site leadership position at our Texas facilities.

WHAT IS DELEK? WHAT DO WE DO?
We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.
Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
Our logistics business currently owns and operates720 milesof crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
DELEK BENEFITS:
Provides leadership, direction and strategies for maintenance function consisting primarily of maintenance planning, routine maintenance, turnaround planning/execution and capital/expense projects. Actively participates in labor-management committees (where appropriate) and in developing and strategic/operational plans and budgets. Leadership accountability for safe, environmentally sound and reliable operations of Maintenance across all Delek sites.
