Job summary

Meridian is seeking an experienced Control Account Manager to lead cost, schedule, and technical performance within assigned control accounts on complex, mission-critical programs. You will own the full lifecycle of CAM performance from baseline planning to execution and serve as the primary point of accountability for program results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program controls, engineering, program management, or related CAM roles.
• Experience managing control accounts within an EVMS environment.
• Strong understanding of ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines and EVM.

Responsibilities

• Own control account scope, budget, and schedule from baseline through execution.
• Develop time-phased budgets and resource plans aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Ensure alignment between cost and schedule, mapping work scope to milestones and resources.
• Partner with Program Scheduling to maintain logic integrity and validate status.
• Ensure EVMS performance with BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP integrity.
• Develop and defend Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC).
• Lead monthly control account reviews and support program-level reporting.
• Support Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and audits (DCMA/DCAA).
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive mitigation strategies.
• Familiar with Deltek Cobra and data integrity in related systems (MS Project/Primavera).
