Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Contracts Facilitator to ensure timely processing of contracts across branches and the home office. You will coordinate workflow, draft agreements, and maintain repository systems, while providing ongoing education on contract procedures.

The role requires strong communication skills, data interpretation abilities, and experience with contract management. In-office attendance at our Dallas location is expected to support supervision and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to collect, aggregate, interpret and report data.
• Ability to conduct training and provide detailed instruction regarding contract procedures to staff.
• Preferred experience with contract management.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Receive contract request forms and ensure they are completed fully.
• Work with legal for non-template contracts for review and approval.
• Draft agreements using company templates.
• Monitor approvals and maintain agreements in repository system.
• Send and receive documents using DocuSign.
• Ensure contracts are processed timely and assist as needed.
• Monitor termination dates of agreements.
• Draft termination letters for legal review and signature.
• Maintain business associate and confidentiality agreements.
• Act as contract liaison to all branches and home office departments.
• Provide ongoing education on contract management processes.
