Job summary

PowerSchool seeks a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS licenses, NDAs, and SOWs. You will negotiate terms, edit quotes for consistency, and partner with Sales, Procurement, Compliance, and Legal to balance speed with risk.

You will also help refine templates, CLM processes, and privacy considerations in a technology environment, driving scalable contracting practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to independently manage a high volume of contracts including MSAs, professional services, SaaS licenses, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Privacy certifications: CIPT, CIPP, CIPM, or AIGP are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements while mitigating risk.
• Edit quotes to ensure contractual and commercial consistency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Compliance, and Legal to resolve issues.
• Prepare contractual responses to RFPs and RFIs with clarity.
• Support contract lifecycle management and template maintenance.
• Contribute to process improvements in contracting workflows and privacy initiatives.
