Job summary

Cotton Holdings seeks a Contracts Specialist I in Houston to manage contract development, negotiation, and administration across diverse operations. You will draft and review master service agreements, statements of work, and vendor/subcontractor contracts, ensuring alignment with policy and law.

Join a multidisciplinary Legal/Risk team, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and project teams to protect company interests and drive compliant, efficient contract processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Paralegal or contract management certification preferred.
• Experience with government procurement, disaster recovery contracting, or FEMA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and modify contracts including MSAs, statements of work, vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Analyze terms to identify risks and suggest modifications.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, laws, and industry standards.
• Track milestones, renewal dates, and insurance requirements; prepare summaries for leadership.
