Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a Contracts and Risk Analyst to support architecture, engineering, and construction clients with contract risk management, claims administration, and loss control.

This exempt role is hybrid with offices in Alpharetta, Chicago, McLean, New York, or St. Louis. You will work with brokers, attorneys, and paralegals to deliver industry-leading risk management services.

Qualifications

• Required: 3+ years in contract administration, claims review, risk management for architecture/engineering/construction.
• Preferred: Paralegal Certification and/or JD; active bar membership if JD.
• May require P&C license or other designations.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts to identify risk exposures and advise on insurability and risk mitigation.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual risk and insurance provisions with clients and counsel.
• Coordinate with brokers, attorneys, and paralegals on contract analysis and insurance requirements.
• Assist in claims management and loss control across client programs.
