Qualifications

• 8+ years in business architecture, business analysis, transformation, or strategy execution, including IT partnership.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise system implementation (ERP, CRM, or similar).
• Experience leading vendor evaluations and selection.
• Proficiency in process and workflow modeling and requirements documentation tools.
• Preferred: experience in professional services, engineering, or project-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the future-state process and capability design for Road to 2030 initiatives.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Set business architecture standards for initiative teams.
• Identify where design decisions are incomplete or unclear, and drive resolution before implementation.
• Define data and reporting requirements behind program KPIs.
• Serve as the primary business-side partner to IT leadership on transformation-related technology.
• Co-own the business-to-technology roadmap with IT, sequencing processes automated or integrated.
• Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Act as business design authority on system implementations: review designs and define acceptance criteria.
• Flag gaps between requirements and delivered solutions and resolve them with IT.
• Lead vendor evaluation end to end, including scoring criteria and demonstrations.
• Maintain the integrated program roadmap and RAID log across Road to 2030 initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance calendars and readiness.
• Prepare monthly program updates and board materials.
