Job summary

Flywheel is hiring a Contracts Specialist to join our Commercial Contracting team. You will draft and review high-volume agreements (SOWs and NDAs), maintain templates, and manage approvals to support the sales organization.

You will track contracts in Salesforce and Conga CLM, generate dashboards, and partner with Legal, Client Services, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely contract execution. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Legal Operations or Commercial Contracts
• Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of contracting law; familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs

Responsibilities

• Draft and review high volume of commercial agreements (SOWs, NDAs)
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance in contract language
• Maintain and update standard contract templates
• Manage contract approvals per playbook and processes
• Escalate issues as needed within defined guidelines
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk parameters and laws
• Identify and resolve risks within playbook rules
• Navigate organizational changes and adapt to new processes
• Adjust workflows to shifting priorities
• Manage contract tracking and reporting in Salesforce and Conga CLM
• Build dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into contract status and pipeline
• Collaborate with Legal, Client Services, and Finance to ensure seamless contract operations
