Job summary

Flywheel in New York, NY is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the sales team by drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including Statements of Work and NDAs, ensuring clarity and compliance. You will maintain templates, manage approvals, and track contracts in Salesforce and Conga CLM, collaborating with Legal, Client Services, and Finance to keep deals moving quickly.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Legal Operations or a Commercial Contracts role.
Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of contracting law and familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
Experience with contract management systems, ideally Conga CLM.
Comfort with contract management software (e.g. Conga CLM, Ironclad) and Salesforce.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with e-signature platforms.

Responsibilities

Draft and review a high volume of commercial agreements, including SOWs and NDAs.
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance to protect the organization’s interests.
Maintain and update standard contract templates to reflect current standards.
Manage contract approvals following established playbooks and processes.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports to provide real-time visibility into contracts.
