Enable is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to serve as the primary commercial resource for the sales team and front line for legal intake. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements while managing contract risk and triaging legal matters with outside counsel as needed.

• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
• Ability to negotiate and partner with sales teams and external stakeholders.
