Group 70 International, Inc. is seeking a Contract Specialist to support contract review, drafting, and administration for client and subconsultant agreements across professional services. You will assist in risk assessment and term evaluation under supervision.

The role emphasizes confidential handling of documents, coordination with legal and insurance partners, and maintaining standard templates and tracking systems to ensure timely, compliant contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, contract management, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in contract administration or related administrative work.
• Confidentiality and familiarity with non-disclosure terms.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance, manage creation and ongoing management of client and subconsultant agreements.
• Analyze terms for legal, insurance, operational, and financial risk; draft revisions.
• Track review progress, compile comments, and incorporate into final drafts.
• Educate staff on contract structures and business terms; translate complex language.
• Advise teams on notices, insurance, invoicing triggers, and amendments.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, insurance brokers, finance, and leadership on high-risk provisions.
• Format final documents and route for signature (DocuSign).
• Oversee contract file tracking and data entry into tracking systems.
• Assist with COIs, tax clearances, and vendor compliance forms.
• Assist in loss prevention and claims tracking; contribute to term library.
• Support risk-management initiatives and internal policy documentation.
