Job summary

SEI is seeking a Legal Services Specialist to support the Strategic & Commercial Relationships legal team. The role focuses on drafting initial agreements, amendments, NDAs, and SOWs, plus coordinating end-to-end contract workflows.

You will interact with attorneys, procurement, and business teams to ensure terms align with SEI policies. The ideal candidate has strong contract drafting/administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in contract drafting, review, and administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare client and vendor contracts, NDAs, SOWs, and amendments using approved templates.
• Review and edit incoming contracts and redlines; flag standard vs non-standard terms.
• Support negotiation with stakeholders; route issues to SEI legal counsel as needed.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution; coordinate approvals and e-signatures.
• Maintain pipeline of requests; track status and meet turnaround targets.
• Communicate clearly with internal clients about requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Propose improvements to templates and processes to increase efficiency.
