Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Law or related field.
• Five years of paralegal, legal and/or contract administration experience.
• In lieu of bachelor's degree, nine years of related experience.
• Preferred: professional certifications (e.g., CCCM or CPCM).

Responsibilities

• Support procurement staff in development and negotiation of contracts, including redlining.
• Participate in negotiations with counterparties; collaborate with Law Department to reduce risk.
• Identify and negotiate high‑risk terms to maximize value for the Company.
• Develop and maintain contract templates (master, IT, NDAs, addenda).
• Create training materials and train staff on contracting best practices.
• Provide risk management support through negotiations and initiatives.
