Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly loan shipment documentation and filings.
• Verify and confirm daily files are accounted for.
• Receive and process all mailing packages for deals.
• Scan incoming packets when needed and file contracts.
• Audit contracts for all deals and update status in the system.
• Communicate with relevant parties about incoming packets.
• Organize contract folders for filing and retrieval.
