Job summary

Venturi Supply is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the creation, coordination, and monitoring of customer contracts and proposals across our national distributor network. You will ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and maintained throughout the contract lifecycle while guiding internal stakeholders.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of contract or administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly both in writing and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative and contract processing/proposal negotiations experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.
• Ability to effectively communicate written and verbal.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with multi-priority handling.
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Manages contract/proposal negotiations of all stages and prepares professional contracts and proposals.
• Develops and refines contract processing procedures to increase efficiency.
• Prepares reporting documents for customers (sales proposals, reports, presentations, contracts).
• Creates standard formats/templates for contract and proposal creation.
• Tracks progress of contracts and administers documentation and archiving.
• Schedules and notes internal meetings on contract/proposal execution.
• Communicates contract requirements to necessary personnel.
• Manages Supply Force partnership to maximize utilization.
• Serves as a resource to branches regarding contracts and opportunities.
• Answers questions on contract customers and requirements.
