Jobgether is seeking a senior in-house attorney to negotiate and draft high‑impact advertising and data‑privacy agreements. You will collaborate with Ads, Sales, and Ops teams to balance protections with speed, while updating templates and playbooks to reflect evolving regulations and product features.

The role demands 5+ years in advertising/tech law, strong negotiation, and the ability to lead cross‑functional discussions in a remote-friendly US environment.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with bar admission.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in advertising, ad tech, media, or tech.
• Experience drafting and negotiating digital advertising and content licensing agreements.
• Experience negotiating DPAs and advising on privacy/data-use requirements.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to advise cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance protections with business needs; strong negotiation skills.
• Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve legal workflows.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply- and demand-side advertising agreements.
• Negotiate DSP/SSP agreements, IOs, and master terms with advertisers and partners.
• Draft and negotiate content licensing and DPAs; address privacy provisions.
• Incorporate CCPA/GDPR considerations into negotiations and commitments.
• Provide practical legal guidance to Ads, Sales, and Ad Ops teams.
• Develop contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Improve intake, review, and negotiation workflows for speed and consistency.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Product, and Engineering to reflect product data practices.
• Monitor advertising and privacy laws, including IAB terms; adapt strategy.
• Align legal recommendations with business priorities while protecting the organization.
