Appodeal, a US-based product company with global reach, seeks an experienced Lead In-House Legal Counsel to navigate complex commercial agreements, privacy regulation, and adtech compliance. You will partner with product, privacy, data governance, and leadership to drive compliant product launches and scalable contracting practices.

The role requires 8+ years in a technology or AdTech legal environment, a J.D. and US bar, and deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR, and IAB standards.

Formación

• 8+ years of legal experience in adtech or related fields.
• Deep familiarity with global privacy laws and data protection regimes.
• Experience negotiating sophisticated commercial and technology agreements.
• In-house experience in technology or AdTech companies.
• Familiarity with IAB frameworks and adtech industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and review of complex commercial agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on commercial risk and contracting strategies.
• Develop standardized contract templates, fallback positions, and negotiation playbooks.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate deal cycles while managing risk.
• Serve as lead legal advisor for global privacy and data governance matters.
