Vytalize Health is seeking a Legal Operations and Contracts Specialist to support the Legal team by optimizing systems, workflows, data, and reporting. You will serve as the Gatekeeper system administrator, manage contract queues from intake to execution, and coordinate routine operations with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years' experience or equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine contract workflows from request through execution and closeout.
• Serve as system administrator and SME for Gatekeeper.
• Maintain and monitor the organization’s corporate insurance portfolio.
• Administer litigation, dispute, and claims tracking processes.
• Develop and improve Legal team processes, playbooks, templates, checklists, and operating procedures.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for automation or self-service; partner with stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Maintain data integrity across Gatekeeper, Salesforce, Excel, and other systems.
• Create dashboards, trackers, and reports on request volume, cycle times, aging, workload, and metrics.
