Job summary

Lightpath, Colorado-based, seeks a Legal Operations Associate to oversee the full life cycle of the Company’s sales and vendor contracts. You will collaborate with sales, procurement, finance and operations to facilitate commercial transactions and manage legal cases.

You will maintain contract records in Salesforce, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, legal studies or related field.
• 1–3 or more years of experience in contract management preferable but not required.
• Self-starter and able to work independently; possess good logical and analytical skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; ability to respond to internal client inquiries and manage legal case intake process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full contracts management, reporting, and contracts data integrity within Salesforce, including updating records and exporting reports as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract documents and correspondence, properly linking to customer accounts and categorizing by type.
• Manage legal cases: categorize requests, track status, assign to teams, route documents via DocuSign, and ensure timely follow-up.
