Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to optimize the Legal Department's workflows and systems, focusing on contracting and information management. You will support KPIs, assist with drafting and negotiations, and help implement tools to boost efficiency.

You will report to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, collaborating with finance, operations, sales, IT, and other groups across a fast-paced health tech environment. Hybrid work and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. required; paralegal experience/certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with legal project operations/management.
• Experience in health care, PBM, and/or SaaS is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce platform preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales, IT).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive automation and process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and management of efficient Legal Department systems and processes.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Legal Department.
• Manage contract lifecycle, document management, and project-management tools.
• Train stakeholders on applications and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts with Legal team support.
• Monitor KPIs and generate related reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely legal deliverables.
• Assist with budget matters and special projects.
