Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Contracts Operations Manager to lead the Contracts Department's day‑to‑day operations, pricing administration, and life cycle controls. You will ensure SOX compliance, optimize pricing systems, and guide reporting and accrual processes to align with business goals.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Finance, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Order Management, and IT to ensure accurate, compliant operations across the contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10 years in contract administration, pricing, or related functions.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract operations, pricing maintenance, and compliance activities.
• Oversee financial accruals, rebates, and payment support.
• Ensure contract pricing accuracy and system configurations.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and controls.
• Oversee audits of pricing, accruals, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT on processes.
