Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Contract Operations, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Oversee pricing maintenance, discounts, accruals, rebates, and payment support.
• Document and improve processes across the contract lifecycle.
• Oversee audits of pricing, accruals, payments, and system controls.
• Coordinate with Finance, Commercial Ops, and IT on process integration.
• Lead or support complex technology implementations from the business view.
