Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Contract Management Lead in San Francisco, CA, to build and own an AI-led contracting help desk. You will lead service strategy, operating model, and AI-enabled workflows, partnering with Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Security, Privacy, and Finance to deliver timely, consistent outcomes.

You will drive CLM platform governance, templates, playbooks, and reporting while enabling coordinators to execute negotiations effectively and scale the contracting desk.

Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI-enabled contracting workflows.
• Strong product-management mindset with a focus on user needs and pilots.
• Proven ability to design scalable CLM workflows, templates and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-led contracting help desk strategy and roadmap.
• Design and oversee CLM workflows, templates and playbooks.
• Pilot AI capabilities; measure cycle time, automation, and adoption.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Security, Privacy, and Finance.
• Enable sourcing coordinators with training, ownership clarity, and escalation support.
• Turn contracting into a scalable, well-governed service.
