The role requires cradle-to-grave contract administration across CPFF, CPFF-LOE, FFP, and T&M contracts, and strong communication with internal and external customers. You will oversee a diverse portfolio, negotiate terms, ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, coordinate internal reviews, OCI plans, and teaming agreements, and represent Leidos during negotiations.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Government (FAR/DFAR) contracting across FP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, LOE, IDIQ and GSA contracts.
• Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration support for CPFF, CPFF-LOE, FFP and T&M contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks; coordinate reviews per Leidos policy.
• Lead RFP reviews, negotiate teaming agreements, NDAs and licenses as required.
• Represent Leidos during negotiations and contract administration; partner with program management.
