Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements while negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This mid-level role focuses on compliance, risk management, and optimizing terms for government contracts.

You will lead lifecycle activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure cradle-to-grave administration across multiple government engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitations.
• Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proven proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks, adhering to contract requirements, company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts, guiding internal teams through the lifecycle.
• Independently review complex contract actions, develop plans to address risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams on contract challenges.
• Serve as SME for contracts, ensuring compliance with obligations.
• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for Government contracts (RFP analysis, proposal development, T&Cs, reviews, negotiations).
• Engage with contracts and procurement staff, program management, and customers via written and oral communication.
• Enter contract data into systems, monitor updates, resolve discrepancies, maintain data quality.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
