Job summary

Responsibilities include advising program managers on contract terms, coordinating with AIS counsel when needed, and ensuring flow-down of terms to subcontracts. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and administering federal government contracts.
• Ability to interpret FAR and procurement regulations.
• Experience with prime contracts and subcontracts.
