RSI is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Digital Transformation Manager in Grand Junction, CO. You will lead project management for the Legacy Management Support Service contract, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with federal partners and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of federal construction management experience, with proficiency in EVMS, Primavera P6, and MS Project. Travel up to 25% and the ability to mentor staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in federal construction management and Primavera P6 preferred.
• PE/PMP certification and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and oversee major projects under the Legacy Management Support Service contract.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project charters, management plans, and technical reports.
• Lead stakeholders, including federal regulators and subcontractors, in project delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and field personnel.
