Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Contracts Manager to handle negotiation, administration and compliance for prime contracts and subcontracts. You will develop internal controls, advise on scope, and coordinate with AIS legal counsel when needed.

The role requires leading contract teams, ensuring government and commercial regulations are met, and traveling up to 20% to support projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, public policy, or related field.
• 10 or more years of relevant experience.
• Senior-level management experience handling large-scale projects and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support contract life cycle from proposal to closeout for federal government and commercial projects.
• Negotiate prime and subcontracts, ensure flow-down clauses and compliance.
• Advise program managers on scope and terms, resolve complex issues and disputes.
• Coordinate competing interests, interface with legal counsel as needed.
• Maintain contract records and administer contract performance monitoring.
