Job summary

I2X Technologies, headquartered in Colorado, seeks a Contract Manager to lead the contract lifecycle for prime and subcontract programs from the corporate office in Littleton. This onsite role interfaces with government customers, primes, and internal teams to drive compliant, favorable outcomes.

You will negotiate terms, monitor risk, and align contracts with program objectives while developing policy, templates, and training for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts Management, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years of federal government contracting experience, including primes and subcontracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.
• Proven leadership of contract administration staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve on leadership team guiding contractual risk, compliance, and execution.
• Manage full contract lifecycle for prime and subcontract work, including negotiations and closeout.
• Interface with U.S. Government customers, primes, and internal stakeholders to protect company interests.
• Lead negotiations with government contracting officers and subcontractors.
• Advise on FAR/DFARS and agency supplements to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Legal, and Business Development to align strategy.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities and support issue resolution.
• Support proposals and capture activities by reviewing solicitations and developing negotiation strategies.
• Oversee subcontractor management and flow-down compliance.
• Develop and maintain contracts policies, templates, and training.
• Assist audits and customer inquiries with accurate documentation.
