Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Grand Junction, CO is seeking an Acquisition Planning Manager to oversee contract administration for a prime contractor serving federal clients, including the DOE. You will develop subcontract templates, solicit, negotiate, and administer subcontracts and POs within authorized thresholds, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The position requires a BA/BS and 8–10 years’ experience, up to 20% travel, and a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent contract and subcontract administration for acquisition actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DEAR and other regulations.
• Mentor other Contract Administrators and participate in staff hiring.
