The role requires a university degree with 8+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 5+), strong FAR/DFARS experience, and excellent written and verbal communication; relocation assistance is available, with on-site work.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with US Government contracts lifecycle.
• Strong FAR/DFARS experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Lead proposal preparation and negotiation strategies.
• Serve as the primary contractual interface with the US Navy.
• Guide program teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Identify and resolve contractual issues with sound judgment.
• Draft complex communications, both written and verbal.
• Review Estimates at Completion and other metrics.
