Job summary

Elbit Systems of America, LLC is seeking a Principal Contract Administrator to support the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts, from proposal development through delivery and closeout. You will negotiate terms, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, risk assessment, and the ability to manage multiple contracts with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred; additional 4 years of experience can substitute.
• 6+ years related experience including 2-3 years of international contracts negotiation and administration.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development, coordination, and submission to customers.
• Participate in negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
• Manage and maintain active contracts/subcontracts through their lifecycle.
• Monitor performance against contract requirements and obligations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for contract-related communications.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies; track obligations and deadlines.
• Coordinate contract closeout and document reconciliation; capture lessons learned.
